Through a careful design approach, a landscape design project was developed that fulfilled these wishes, creating functional zones that are also visually appealing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step in developing this project involved creating three variations of a conceptual landscape design, from which the client selected one as the basis for the <strong>conceptual solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1020\" src=\"https:\/\/techgarden.hr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/tlocrt-1024x1020.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-242992\" style=\"width:487px;height:auto\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/techgarden.hr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/tlocrt-980x976.jpg 980w, https:\/\/techgarden.hr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/tlocrt-480x478.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the client, a key element was the fireplace. It will become the central gathering point in the garden, creating warmth and a cozy atmosphere. In addition to bringing warmth, it fits perfectly into the summer kitchen, which offers a space for outdoor meal preparation. The summer kitchen includes all the necessary elements for comfortable cooking and socializing, including a fireplace\/grill, a work surface, and storage space, making this outdoor area ideal for meal preparation and gatherings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also included two decks connected to the ground-floor apartments, extending the indoor space outward. They make the area functional and aesthetically pleasing, seamlessly connecting the outdoor and indoor spaces in an elegant way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the parking area, the client requested a solution that would blend into the natural surroundings, and grass grids were chosen. This feature not only allows vehicle parking but also contributes to the sustainability and aesthetic harmony of the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plants placed throughout the rest of the yard further enrich the space, bringing colors and fragrances. The selected plant species are low-maintenance, ensuring the long-term beauty and functionality of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After developing the conceptual design based on the chosen concept, <strong>visualizations <\/strong>were created to provide the client with a clear representation of the final result for the private garden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure environment daily.
