Feng Shui – interior decoration

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese skill in arranging space and living according to the environment we live in. It is over 6000 years old, and its founder, Yang Yun Song, is the author of three books that serve as the foundation of the study. Feng Shui is essentially watching natural forms and recognizing the quality and movement of energy that forms these forms. The purpose of the whole art is to improve the quality of life of people who practice it.

It’s interesting that this concept is composed of two elements: wind ( feng ) and water ( shui ) . Elements of water, fire, wood, metals and earth are five key elements that, if they are in the right position, make good Feng Shui. The sun also affects good energy. Light is desirable, but not too large, while dark spaces are avoided.
It is considered that it is very important to enter the space because it gives the first impression of hospitality and the tenants themselves. It is desirable not to exaggerate with furniture and decorations and leave a lot of free space, which encourages creativity and imagination. The best example of decoration for Feng Shui is the Forbidden City in China.

If you’re thinking about wall cladding or 3D stickers when deciding your space, our recommendation is to arrange those surfaces in natural notes – wall mosaics, Icelandic lichens, ivy or 3D walled flowers, for those romantic souls
